Rob is married to Kathy and they farm an irrigated cropping and livestock enterprise near Cressy in Tasmania. Rob travelled on his Scholarship in 1991 and studied sustainable agricultural systems on light sandy soils with irrigation. He travelled to the UK, France, USA and Canada.
