Managing personnel, evaluating new market opportunities, adapting to regulatory and technology changes - a commercial farming operation requires the same skills as any other commercial business. This program teaches advanced agribusiness skills such as international business development, niche market evaluation, financial analysis and forecasting. It involves an intensive week of classroom sessions with prominent ag economists and agribusiness specialists, individual study and roundtable discussions.
