Jodie Redcliffe
Chief Executive Officer

Jodie has been CEO since March 2019. Prior to this, Jodie held positions within the chicken industry, most recently as the President of the Australian Chicken Grower Council. Jodie was also President and Executive Officer for Qld Chicken Growers Association and sat on the Australian Chicken Meat Federation, the industry’s peak body. Jodie and husband Wayne operated a commercial broiler farm for 27 years before purchasing their dream property in Northern NSW, with an Angus breeder operation and agritourism venture. Jodie is a 2013 Scholar who focused on consumer perceptions and pressures facing the poultry industry. She has been Nuffield Qld State Chair, a member of the Programs Committee and foundation host of the Japan GFP, a passion of her's, marrying her ability to speak Japanese with her interest in continuous agricultural learning.

Carol Millar
Executive Support Officer

Carol is a 1996 Zimbabwe Nuffield Scholar who has lived in Australia since 2002. Carol joined the Nuffield Australia management team in February 2022 with extensive experience in the livestock genetics industry, especially in the dairy and beef sectors. Her Nuffield Scholarship was focused on advancements in Artificial Insemination (AI) and Embryo Transfer technology. She was formerly General Manager for the National Herd Improvement Association of Australia (NHIA) which is the peak industry body for the livestock genetics sector. Carol enjoys many outdoor activities, as well as travelling and a good game of bridge!

Tessa Dimond
Scholarship Manager

Tessa is a 2023 Nuffield Scholar and agronomist from St George, Qld, with experience in agronomy, events and operations management. Tessa has joined the Nuffield Australia management team in February 2024. Her Nuffield Scholarship is focused on Maximum Residue Limits’ (MRLs) and their effect on Australian grain price and access to international markets. She is a Director on the Crop Consultants Australia Board, the secretary of the St George Cotton Growers Association, Nuffield Qld Branch secretary and owner/manager of Lady Ethel’s House, a country getaway in her home town. Tessa looks forward to leveraging her profound love of agriculture, business experience and insights gained from her recent Nuffield Australia Scholarship to support and guide new scholars.

Chontell Giannini
Travel Coordinator

Chontell has worked at itravel Griffith since January 1997. She completed her certificate III in travel and tourism in 1996 and received the award for highest results. Since working at Jetset she has been awarded Top 20 Consultant Australian Wide for Contiki sales and has been awarded several positions on familiarisation trips due to high sales.  Over the past few years, she has focused heavily on corporate travel, and manages numerous accounts both locally and interstate, as a result she specialises in fare construction. She has been assisting Nuffield with their travel arrangements since 2003 and enjoys the challenges it offers.

Theo Howell
Website Development & IT

Theo is an independent web developer and programmer who has been working with Nuffield since 2010. Responsible for the development and maintenance of Nuffield's IT. Theo’s professional career as a software and website developer started at the turn of the century, first working for a firm that produced products for large retail chains and advertising agencies before breaking out on his own nine years later. He now oversees websites and systems for customers over a variety of different industries including agricultural, medical, printing, clothing, construction and manufacturing.
